Went to selwg today and saw phil , reece and pete , they had a great looking game on . There were some great looking figures on the table and some well done flyers for the club , it all looked great well done lads . Phil was having great fun telling members of the public how i only undercoated one side of some figures for him ( i will hear the last of it one day )

When you undercoat the other side
It was a great day and in Phil's word (Rob Broom was a witness) a clear victory to the Egyptian army. There was a lot of interest in the upcoming gaming day and several people were asking about the club and will be coming down. All in all a great day for the club!!!!!

Excellent looking game put on by our stalwart club members, a lot better than some I saw today, very professional and informative a credit to our club. Hope we can do half as well at Bovington next year (6th and 7th of July 2013) for those who may be interested in a really interesting weekend. Mac.

Well done to all who attended and made what appears to be a big promotion for the club. Just sorry I could not be part of it, but keep up the good work, you will have your reward in Valhalla, well Reece will, not sure about the non Viking players.

Glad you enjoyed the show, there was a lot of hard work in organising it. If anyone has any feedback about SELWG, let me know and I will make sure this is heard and will try to make it better next year

Re: SELWG 2012
Full credit to Reece and Phil for putting this on. Apart from spending half an hour on the word processor my sole contribution was to roll some very bad dice for Reece, which came close to losing the game for the Egyptians! Thought the game was a real credit to the club. Several of my mates from other clubs said how nice it looked.
Thanks again to both of you for the lift.
Had chance to advance any plans to do Salute next year, Reece? Crimea would look good, and frankly given want we have put on at Cavalier and SELWG any game Gravesend puts on has got to be in close contention for best game at any of these shows. Just nice to be brought along for the ride. Thanks again, gents.
