***Broadside 2014 update***

Gents,

I've had the below 2 emails regarding Broadside.

"This email has important news relating to Broadside 2014. Please read carefully.

Due to a rather confused booking system at the Swallows Leisure Centre there has been a minor clash of dates at the venue. A late night boxing tournament has been booked into the hall on the Saturday before Broadside. This means that we will not be able to set up the hall for Broadside until the Sunday morning, this also means that those traders and clubs that usually like to set up on the evening prior to the show will be unable to do so.

The venue management have apologised and assured us that their staff will clear away the boxing ring etc. and set up the Broadside floor plan over night by 4am. We ourselves will have staff available from 7am to ensure the hall layout is in order and ready to be opened to traders and clubs by 8am.

Please note that the hall will not be open until 8am.

I apologise for any inconvenience this causes but rest assured that we will do all we can to open earlier if at all possible. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this or any other aspect of Broadside please do not hesitate to get in touch. 01795-873379.

A hall plan showing your position at Broadside and out lining the parking arrangements etc. will be sent to you all prior to the event as usual.

"Dear All,

I am happy to inform you that there will be a Wargamers Flea Market at this years Broadside. This will be one of the very few bring and buys on the wargame show circuit this year and remains a very cost effective way for you to cash in your old gear.

The tables are in their own dedicated hall this year and remain at just £15 for a day. I have attached a booking form but urge any club interested to book early.
