Get well soon Liam

Post  Reece on June 12th 2012, 20:31

For those that are not aware our resident Budha lookalike has broken his leg. Now before this thread turns into a gossip column I have it on good authority that the injury was caused while he was trying to take the last Farleys Rusk from his daughter. He may try to come up with some story about going up for a high ball in a football match but as we all know that could never happen, have you ever seen a hippo jump?

So please post your well wishes (or insults) here so that we may cheer up the little fella!!!

Get well soon Liam and I hope your daughter shares her food in future Very Happy pig Very Happy

Liam broke his leg playing football!? No

But, he has to keep at least one leg on the ground to move forward! elephant

Initiaj reaction was to burst into uncontrolable laughter . After a while though i calmed down and began to wonder if my behaviour had been appropriate . Should i feel guilty about my reaction . How would poor liam feel about it ? I wondered if the situation had been reversed what would his reaction have been ? When i had reached my conclusion as to what his reaction would have been and the level of sympathy i would have got from him i burst into uncontrolable laughter again . Seriously though i hope he is not in too much discomfort as that will make his familys life hell ! Liam , next timf you try and take food from your daughter perhaps you should get someone in from health and safety to do a proper rusk assessment !

He probably did it on purpose so that he can qualify for the paralympics tiddlywinks team. Then he could tell us he is an athlete.

At the end of the day sympathy was maybe too much to ask from you lot Smile

Another shining light in this countries footballing history extinguished by injury.

I blame ginger Chris, it was a shocking cross, the best i could do with it was mangle my leg.....Shame on you.

oh, it turns out fat people dont bounce when they hit the deck!!

Liam,

I think they're all being horrid. Twisted Evil

I've seen the pictures so I know it must have stung a bit !!

What I'm most impressed with, is you holding your mobile while laying on the floor with your leg back to front.
Chris says that you were ordering a chinese takeaway while you waited for the ambulance.

Very Impressive !!

Get well soon. See you down the club in a couple of weeks Very Happy
