April 10th is another Family night

On the 2nd Wednesday of The Easter Holidays I have promised by boys they can come to the club again.

So bring your kids / grand kids along. I will bring the boys soldiers, tanks and scenery.

Maybe we can have wings / tomohawks for he older ones.

Ok how many (small) kids are we expecting?
I know the usual big kids will be going

I will have my two 6 year olds. Just wondered how much stuff to bring.

I think I will bring wings for the grown ups.

And I would like to discuss ideas on changing my ww2 rules to
a more tomahawks and musket like system. With activation cards.
I have made a few notes and think it maybe workable. I think bolt action
uses a similar system too already.

I'm hoping to wangle an early turn and get down, if I do I'll bring my son along. I was hoping yo have another bash at muskets and tomahawks, I've just finished painting up two provincial units and wanted to give them an outing.

Well my kids are all grown up and the grand kids too young to play, but I'll be happy to help wherever I'm needed.

With Musket and Tomahawks what nations are currently represented and what size of a force would one to get hold of? Apart from the obvious rules/dice/tape measure what is needed to play it?

Ben North Star do starter sets at around £30, that gives you a 200point "army", but I know Martin was mucked around by them, I got my figures from Galloping Major, some of the figures are a bit out of proportion but they're not too bad and got delivered in a couple of days. I'll bring mine down on Wednesday so you can have a look at them but I do recommend them.
